Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Completely cover a cookie sheet with foil including over the edges. Spray with non-stick spray. Line with saltine crackers.
Heat saucepan to medium heat. Add butter and brown sugar to pan.
Stir as butter melts to combine. Cook for 7-8 minutes. Once browned and starting to bubble, stir in salt.
Pour caramel on crackers and spread evenly with spatula.
Place in oven for roughly 2-3 minutes or until the caramel starts bubbling.
Remove from oven. Spread chocolate chips evenly on the caramel. Place back in the oven for roughly 2-3 minutes.
Remove from oven and use a spatula to spread the chocolate evenly over the caramel. Immediately decorate with sprinkles and colored sugar.
Let cool 10-15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
