Vegan Pizza Rolls
Here is the perfect vegan snack if you're looking for something really comforting and satisfying while also requiring little effort to make.
- 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 8 oz Daiya Mozzarella shreds
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lay all of the crescent rolls out. Put a little bit of sauce inside and then add the cheese.
Add all other fillings you want to put inside and carefully roll them up.
Bake according to the directions. (Keep in mind that if you try to pack more ingredients inside, you may need to cook a few extra minutes.)
When done, remove from oven and top with butter.
Serve hot and fresh with dipping sauce. (I recommend marinara sauce!)
