Vegan Pizza Rolls

Here is the perfect vegan snack if you're looking for something really comforting and satisfying while also requiring little effort to make.

  • 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 8 oz Daiya Mozzarella shreds
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Lay all of the crescent rolls out. Put a little bit of sauce inside and then add the cheese.
  • Add all other fillings you want to put inside and carefully roll them up.
  • Bake according to the directions. (Keep in mind that if you try to pack more ingredients inside, you may need to cook a few extra minutes.)
  • When done, remove from oven and top with butter.
  • Serve hot and fresh with dipping sauce. (I recommend marinara sauce!)
