Yogurt and Fruit Parfait with Hot Fudge
A yogurt and fruit parfait is just too healthy. That's why hot fudge is a must. Here is my favorite way to make this but you have complete flexability which is great.
- 1 whole banana
- 6 whole strawberries
- 3/4 cup lowfat greek yogurt, I used strawberry
- 1/2 cup Grape Nuts
- 1/4 cup sugar free hot fudge
Fourth the banana. Cut it in half the long way and then cut those pieces in half. Slice strawberries into bite size pieces. Place in a bowl.
Top fruit with yogurt followed by the Grape Nuts.
Heat hot fudge according to directions on the jar. Drizzle on top to liking.
