Did you think you had to give up beautiful, golden crescent rolls and a top tasting cheese to keep things vegan and/or dairy-free?

You don’t at all since the original plain Pillsbury crescent rolls are completely vegan!
These delectable, freshly baked beauties can bring an easy snack or meal to the next level and do it so quickly. You toss them on a baking sheet and in just over 10 minutes, you’re ready to go.
They have always been a favorite of mine, and I know for so many others too.
What Makes it Vegan?
First are the crescent rolls as just stated.
Second is the cheese. The brand-name Daiya has incredible tasting vegan mozzarella shreds. I had truly lost hope in finding a really good tasting vegan mozzarella option, but when I found Daiya, I was hooked.
I put them on regular pizzas, these pizza rolls, in and on spaghetti, on burgers, in sandwiches, and even more.
If you don’t want to use or can’t find these exact options though, you can substitute any other option you may like and want of course. It is a simple recipe and will work.
The third thing is the vegan pepperoni or other vegan meats options. With the popularity of vegan diets today, it’s much easier to find these meatless meat options.
Lastly, go crazy with the vegetables. You are free to use these as you please.
