I made this snack for around $1!
You are going to be so happy that you stopped on this post because these peanut butter apples are beyond delicious.
They definitely aren’t a combination most people would think to be good together but let me tell you, this is one of my favorite snacks.
Not only is it yummy, but it’s also super healthy…. well, at least until you add the chocolate chips. If you are more concerned with having a healthier option, you can always substitute dark chocolate chips or skip them all together.

What I Used for These Peanut Butter Apples
I think another reason I like this snack so much is that I love to use my slicer. microwave melting pot. This thing is the best for not only melting peanut butter, chocolate, caramel amongst many other things, but it also has a nice little pour spout that makes it easy for drizzling the peanut butter on top of the apples.
Any excuse to use my fun kitchen gadgets gets me excited.

Finding new snacks are always nice, especially when you have kids you’re trying to feed. one of mine is so picky and a complete pain in the ass when it comes to food while my other son with eat anything that isn’t nailed down.
It drives me crazy when I put a lot of effort into making my older one something to eat for him not to like it. This 3 ingredient snack doesn’t get any simpler and thankfully he loves it. It definitely makes me happy to find snacks he enjoys so much.
